I own a small management company consisting of around 100 buildings in Chicago. It is hard to find a good and responsive masonry contractor in Chicago – I would know. Pete and Tom really are masonry experts and you only have to be with them on-site for 1 minute in order to realize that. Whether it is a small tuckpointing job or a complete parapet wall rebuild, they are always Johnny-on-the-spot. In the management business you always have to present your board of directors 3 different quotes for anything you do and Mad Masonry always comes in the least expensive or very close to it. Benchmark General Contracting used Mad Masonry as a sub for a 250K, multi-unit complex. The scope of work was to re-caulk over 400 windows, paint the entire structure and repair any concrete according to the engineer’s report. They did a great job and finished on time.
